Under the Tree: The Mission, Structure, and Impact of Jumpma

The Foundation: The Tree Itself

At the center of everything is the core—Jumpmaster Life Coaches & Counseling LLC.

This is the trunk.

The stabilizing force.

The place where all services connect, grow, and extend outward.

The concept of a tree is more than symbolic—it represents:

  • Growth over time
  • Deep roots in purpose
  • Strength under pressure
  • Branches reaching outward to serve others

Everything that exists under this structure is designed to support individuals not just in moments of crisis—but in long-term transformation.

After the Call Podcast

One of the most impactful branches extending from this foundation is After The Call, a concept that speaks directly into the reality that life does not pause after critical incidents, trauma, or high-stress events. For many individuals—especially first responders, veterans, and those in high-demand professions—the most difficult part is not the moment itself, but what comes after. The silence, the processing, the weight that lingers. After The Call creates a space where those experiences can be acknowledged and worked through in a meaningful way. Through the podcast, real conversations are brought to light—conversations that are honest, raw, and grounded in lived experience. These discussions provide validation, connection, and understanding for those who often feel isolated in what they carry. The workshops take this a step further by creating interactive environments where individuals can actively engage in learning, processing, and building resilience. These are not passive sessions—they are designed to equip people with tools they can use immediately in their personal and professional lives.

Counseling and Certified Trauma-Informed (CTI)

At the heart of the tree lies Counseling, which serves as the core of restoration and healing. This is where individuals are met on a personal level, where their experiences are heard, understood, and addressed with professionalism and care. The counseling services offered are not generic or one-size-fits-all. They are tailored, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. This approach ensures that individuals are not only supported emotionally but are also guided through structured processes that lead to real progress. Counseling here extends to individuals, families, and those navigating high-stress environments, recognizing that healing often requires attention to both personal and relational dynamics.

Integral to this process is the Certified Trauma-Informed (CTI) approach, which acknowledges the profound impact trauma has on individuals and how it shapes behavior, perception, and relationships. Trauma-informed care is not just about addressing past events—it is about understanding how those events continue to influence present functioning. By incorporating this framework, Jumpmaster Life Coaches & Counseling LLC ensures that individuals are met with empathy, respect, and clinical expertise. This is especially critical for populations such as law enforcement, fire service, and veterans, who often carry experiences that are complex and deeply embedded. The goal is not just to help them cope, but to help them process, heal, and regain a sense of control and purpose.

WorkShops

The Jumpmaster Performance Recovery Doctrine (D.O.C.T.) is not just a program—it’s a system.

A framework designed to address:

  • Mental fatigue
  • Emotional strain
  • Spiritual disconnection
  • Performance breakdown

This doctrine recognizes that high-performing individuals—especially first responders, veterans, and professionals—are often expected to operate at a high level without ever stopping to recover.

D.O.C.T. changes that.

It provides a structured approach to:

  • Reset the mind
  • Rebuild emotional strength
  • Restore clarity and focus
  • Reinforce purpose

Speaking

Through speaking engagements, this doctrine reaches larger audiences—bringing awareness, education, and inspiration to individuals and organizations alike.

Workshops

These workshops take the doctrine deeper—turning concepts into action and helping participants apply recovery strategies in real time.

Animal-assisted therapy

A unique and powerful extension of the counseling branch is the inclusion of animal-assisted therapy, specifically donkey therapy and puppy therapy. These approaches recognize that healing does not always happen through conversation alone. Donkey therapy provides a grounding and calming experience, as donkeys are highly intuitive animals that respond to human emotion and energy. They create an environment where individuals can slow down, build trust, and reconnect with themselves in a non-threatening way. Puppy therapy offers a different kind of connection—one rooted in comfort, warmth, and emotional relief. The presence of animals can reduce stress, increase feelings of safety, and create moments of joy that are essential for healing. Together, these therapies provide alternative pathways that complement traditional counseling and allow individuals to engage in the process in ways that feel natural and accessible.

Armor & Intimacy

Armor Intimacy extends the mission into the realm of relationships, recognizing that personal struggles often impact those closest to us. High-stress professions, trauma exposure, and emotional fatigue can create distance and disconnection within relationships. Armor Intimacy focuses on rebuilding those connections through trust, communication, and vulnerability. It provides tools and guidance for individuals and couples to navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. Within this branch, marriage support plays a significant role, helping couples rebuild and maintain strong, healthy partnerships. This is essential because strong individuals are important—but strong families create lasting stability and support.

Jumpmaster Performance Recovery Doctrine (D.O.C.T.)

Jumpmaster Performance Recovery Doctrine (D.O.C.T.), which represents a structured and intentional approach to recovery and performance restoration. This doctrine recognizes a critical gap that exists in many high-performance environments: individuals are trained to operate at a high level, but rarely taught how to recover. Over time, this leads to burnout, emotional fatigue, and diminished effectiveness. The D.O.C.T. framework addresses this by focusing on the full spectrum of human performance—mental, emotional, and spiritual. It provides a pathway for individuals to reset, regain clarity, and rebuild strength in a way that is sustainable. Through speaking engagements, this message reaches broader audiences, creating awareness and shifting perspectives around recovery and resilience. Workshops tied to this doctrine allow for deeper application, helping individuals take abstract concepts and turn them into practical strategies for everyday life.
